Illustrative profile. The founding roster is being reviewed now.

A great call sheet contains no mystery. Who can play it. What they sound like. Whether they can make the date. What the session will cost.

First Call keeps the human choice at the center and the logistical friction out of the way.

Where the list comes from

This began as a call list, not a product.

For forty years, clients at Clear Lake Recording in North Hollywood have asked the same question: who should play on this? The answer lived on a call list — the players the room trusts when the date is real. First Call is being built from that practice: reviewed players and real terms, shared with studios, production companies, and media teams.

Still compiled the way it started: by ear.
